The Sizes of Antique Mason Jars

These are the most common sizes of blue or aqua mason jars. They were made before 1937, and the smaller (not shown) half-pint size is very rare and expensive.

Left to right:

Half gallon stands about nine and one half inches tall
Quart stands about seven inches tall
Pint stands about five inches tall.

All three have the same size mouth, which has a 2.25 inch opening.
